    Coach logs eight skills per sport on a 1-5 rubric. Parent sees the trend and one coach note pinned at the top: 'Try this:'.

    Replaces the multi-line chart with a vertical scroll of skill cards. One row, one rating, one trend, one action.

  • Per-child document vault

    Sports physical, residency proof, registration form, medication ack. Status states, 365-day expiry warnings, fillable forms.

  • Coach clearance file

    Volunteer application, background check, conditional TB test, handbook ack. Clearance badge on the coach profile.
