Lottery question or appeal
Email lottery@dpr.dc.gov within seven days of the draw. Include the program slug, your member name, and your lottery entry hash from the audit page.
Accessibility issue
access@dpr.dc.gov. Critical resident-flow blockers ship as hotfixes inside the next release window.
Privacy or data-deletion request
privacy@dpr.dc.gov. We confirm receipt the same day and respond in writing inside ten business days.
